HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING
With a thoughtfully personalized approach, I teach my clients to stop relying on willpower and quick fixes. Instead, we will incrementally incorporate healthy habit changes into your life. We will set small, achievable goals, which lead to permanent big changes. Learn about the gut/brain axis and how it contributes to mood regulation.
