Nice to meet you
Julie believes in a whole mind-body-spirit integration and values that each person comes to awareness in a variety of ways. She utilizes Client-Centered Therapy, EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), talk-therapy, skill building (DBT), movement, breath work and meditation to explore emotions and self awareness while developing physical, emotional and cognitive strength.
Julie’s therapeutic practice centers around creating a healing-centered space for both adolescents and their families, working to decrease negative patterns and strengthen the family system.
